Teeth Whitening
In this procedure, the tooth colour tone is actually ‘lightened’ so that the tooth colour remains unaltered. The colour of a tooth is determined by the core tone (dentin) and by the transparency and capacity of light refraction through the enamel.
The core colour cannot be altered, but the enamel can get stained over time due to external agents such as tobacco, lipstick, food & drink colouring, the use of some medication, and so on.
Teeth whitening consist in eliminating the enamel by means of chemical products that alter their original colour. It is a painless procedure that requires just a few sessions.
Zirconia Dental Prosthesis
These prostheses are crowns or veneers that cover the whole tooth and simulate the entire tooth anatomy. They are between 1-1.8 mm thick.
The veneers are usually customised with porcelain (aka porcelain veneers) or with a core made of a different material to add consistency such as metal (aka metal ceramic veneers). However, the most aesthetic option with the most benefits is the novel zirconium (aka zirconia veneers).
Zirconium is a translucent white metal that avoids the classic unsightly dark line between the tooth and the gum, which is often found in conventional metal prostheses.
Invisible orthodontics
This treatment consists in a number of customized dental straighteners and splints that are regularly replaced so that they move the teeth to its final position.
This technique adds benefits to the treatment because the appliances are removable, transparent, very efficient, and comfortable to wear. Additionally, it is the only technique where we can visualize the final result of the treatment from the beginning.

Dental Veneers
These veneers are thin facings that cover the anterior surface of teeth. They are united by means of a special adhesive. They hide poorly shaped, crooked or discoloured teeth due to dental cavities, previous restorations, chipping, colour changes, stains or malformations.
There are 2 types of veneers:
- Porcelain veneers: these have a high adherence power, are resistant to abrasion, and have a great aesthetic look. They do not wear down easily nor lose their brightness and can keep the colour unaltered. It is necessary to slightly reduce the enamel and at least 2 sessions are required.
- Composite veneers: they are an economical option and allow the conservation of the entire enamel. These are performed in a single session and freehand by the dental surgeon.
